J.A. Gielink CPL LL.M.
Since 1 April 2013, J.A. (Jos) Gielink CPL LL.M. has been working at Gielink Pensioenrecht, an independent advisory practice, that specialises in the legal and tax aspects of pension arrangements.
In April 2005, after more than 19 years at Loyens & Volkmaars (since 1 January 2000 Loyens & Loeff), Gielink became one of the founders of Bergamin & Gielink pensioenrechtadvies B.V.
In 1985, Gielink graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law at Tilburg University. In 2004, he completed a postgraduate university course in Pension Law at the VU University of Amsterdam, becoming a Certified Pension Lawyer (CPL). In 2013, he successfully completed a Pension Insurance course.
From 2004 up to and including 2022, Gielink has been a teacher of International and EC Tax Law (international pension entitlement and income tax) at the International Tax Centre in Leiden for the Adv. LL.M. Course. In addition, he was Board Member of the Pensions Practice Group at Loyens & Loeff and Co-Chair of the International Practice Group Pensions of Ius Laboris, an international alliance of employment law and pensions law specialists.
