On 22 July 2024 the workgroup ‘Modernisation Pension System’ of KPS (a Dutch association of Pension Specialists) presented a reaction on the Internetconsultation ‘Act commitments pension topics’ to the Ministry of SZW (Social Affairs and Employment opportunities). This internetconsultation was published on 1 June 2024 and in particular refers to legal aspects. The reaction was written by Jos Gielink in consultation with Edwin Schop from the board of KPS. This reaction hopefully will contribute to a well balanced resolution to the ‘Act commitments pension topics’.
