Gielink Pensioenrecht is specialised in the design and implementation of pension plans. This may concern legal questions with regard to changing pension plans, the introduction of new pension arrangements or the question as to whether a pension plan meets the conditions of a qualifying plan for tax purposes, as well as the conditions of the Dutch Pension Reform Act (‘WTP’) and other pensions related legislation. Consultation with the supervisors, the tax authorities (DNB and AFM) and the parties involved with the pension plan is a daily occurrence. This also applies when aligning the advice of specialists in the field of employment law, corporate law, tax law, actuarial services, accountancy and risk management, communication and investment.
